Winnipeg businesses being bullied

City Hall works for the people of Winnipeg, not the other way around.

City Hall works for the people of Winnipeg, not the other way around.

As mayor, I will end the pattern of ignoring, dismissing, and mistreating our small business owners. From Higgins Avenue to Academy Road, local entrepreneurs are dealing with unilateral decisions made without real consultation.

That’s why Winnipeg received an 'F' grade on the CFIB Municipal Report Card—and why I’m committing to restore an independent City Ombudsman.

We need transparency, accountability, and respect for the taxpayers who fund our city. If City Hall has ignored or dismissed your business, I want to hear from you.
